SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Important!!!! Ready made items can take up to two weeks to post after payment. Due to location where I create and where they are on display.
Please choose your item carefully as my pieces are one off's and made to order and I do not create pieces as "samples" or "try before you buy".

If you are completely unhappy I will refund on premade piece (within one week of receiving your goods)  minus shipping costs, and it will be your responsibility to cover return costs. I do not return payment until piece has been returned, unworn, undamaged. If you're worried I suggest insurance.

 I don't return for lost or stolen items in the mail services. I will send sign on delivery for piece of mind.

Order your ready made piece well in advance 1-2 months before your date needed. Overseas allow 2-3months. 

BESPOKE ORDERS

 Custom bespoke pieces I will not refund as I heavily communicate with you regarding design and production. Please ask for samples if perfect colour match is needed small fee applies.

Bespoke times of production are 6 weeks plus delivery time. This can be more or less depending on orders.

Bespoke Design

If you would like a family heirloom (part of your mother wedding dress, grannies brooch) incorporated into a design just ask.

When bringing ideas to me please bring images but I will not copy someone's work.

50% no refundable deposit is required to start a bespoke piece and the remainder is due on completion and before shipping.
